We are looking for cleaning professionals for homes, Airbnbs and offices in Medellín. You work with MimiMaids directly, from a written checklist, on routes grouped by area.

Who we are looking for
- Experience cleaning homes, apartments, Airbnbs or offices.
- You live in Medellín or the metro area and can travel to the zones we cover.
- You work from a checklist and care about detail — that is what we charge for.
- You treat clients and teammates with respect.
We do not ask for age, a photo or marital status, and we rule nobody out over the neighbourhood they live in. If you have the experience and can cover one of our zones, get in touch.
How we work
Directly engaged, not a marketplace
The team works with MimiMaids — this is not a list of independent profiles. We answer for the service.
Trained on a written checklist
Every cleaning type has a published checklist. The team trains against that standard and is evaluated on it.
A consistent team per area
We assign teams by area so they know the buildings, the receptions and each client’s preferences.
Decent working conditions
Routes grouped by area to cut travel, and a workload defined by the checklist rather than improvised on the day.
