Important: this document records the rules and conditions you accept if you are later hired. Applying and signing this document are not a job offer, do not create an employment contract on their own, and do not guarantee assignments.
I, the person identified in this application, confirm that I have read and understood the following conditions proposed by MimiMaids. If I progress, the final employment contract will identify the legal employer and tax ID, start date, term, current rate or commission schedule, and the other terms required by Colombian law.
I confirm that the information I submitted is true, the uploaded identity document belongs to me, and I personally made the electronic signature on this application.
I authorise use of the document for recruitment, identity verification, possible hiring, client safety, and compliance with legal obligations, under the privacy notice I accept separately.
I will perform only services assigned by MimiMaids and follow the checklist, access instructions, restricted-item or restricted-room notices, and safety procedures for each property.
I will arrive in the complete uniform, clean and in good condition, and wear it throughout the service. I will not use the uniform for private work or represent myself as MimiMaids outside an authorised assignment.
I will arrive at the stated time and immediately use the official channel to report an emergency or unavoidable delay. Each late arrival must be recorded with the time, assignment, and the worker’s explanation.
More than three verified, unexcused late arrivals may lead to a disciplinary process and, when a lawful and contractual ground is established, termination. Termination is not automatic, and justified delays will not count without first hearing the worker.
A checklist failure is recorded only when it is material, verifiable, attributable to my work, and tied to a standard on which I received instruction. A complaint alone does not prove a failure.
More than three verified failures may lead to retraining, corrective action, a disciplinary process and, where a lawful and contractual ground is established, termination. I will have an opportunity to see the evidence and give my account.
Taking, hiding, using, deliberately damaging, or misappropriating money, keys, products, equipment, documents, or any property belonging to a client, MimiMaids, a teammate, or a third party is strictly prohibited.
After a report, MimiMaids may protect the client, preserve evidence, and pause new assignments while it verifies the facts. If misconduct is established through the applicable process, MimiMaids may end the engagement, make the person permanently ineligible for future assignments, seek restitution or compensation allowed by law, and report the facts to the Colombian National Police, the Attorney General’s Office, or another competent authority.
Every person will be treated as innocent while facts are investigated. MimiMaids will disclose only relevant information to authorities where a legal basis exists and will limit disclosure to what is necessary.
An allegation, loss, or damage does not authorise MimiMaids to withhold accrued wages or unilaterally deduct the amount claimed. A deduction will be made only where the law allows it, under case-specific written authorisation or an order from a competent authority, and without invading minimum-wage or protected amounts.
This does not prevent MimiMaids from requesting voluntary return, making a lawful repayment agreement, or claiming the proven value of property or damage before a competent authority.
I will not offer or accept private services, off-platform payments, commissions, tips as a substitute for wages, or personal business with clients met through an assignment. I will not divert bookings or introduce family, friends, or another business to replace MimiMaids.
I will not request, exchange, save, or use personal phone numbers, social accounts, or other client data for personal purposes. I will contact a client only through the channel and for the operational purpose MimiMaids authorises.
During and after the engagement, I will not use client lists, addresses, prices, access codes, habits, keys, or confidential information obtained at work to solicit clients or benefit my own or another person’s business.
I will keep every client relationship strictly professional. Harassment, sexual touching, sexual relations or activity during an assignment, romantic or sexual propositions, intimate messages, and exchange of sexual content with clients or anyone at the property are prohibited.
If a client initiates inappropriate conduct, I will leave when safe, report it to MimiMaids immediately, and follow the safety procedure. A good-faith report of harassment will not result in retaliation.
I will accept cash only when the office has authorised it for that booking. I will confirm the amount, take a clear photograph of the receipt or proof — without unnecessarily photographing private client data — and send it immediately through the official channel.
Money received belongs to MimiMaids. I will deliver or deposit the full amount into the official account within the deadline given by the office, retain the deposit proof, and will not subtract tips, transport, purchases, advances, or expenses on my own.
Variable compensation is calculated for each completed and approved property or service, under the written rate or commission MimiMaids communicates before the assignment is accepted. Commissions that constitute wages under law will be treated as wages for benefits, contributions, and other rights.
MimiMaids will pay every two weeks and provide an itemised statement of included services, authorised adjustments, and the total. Per-service pay never removes minimum-wage, social-security, benefit, premium, or other rights that apply to the real employment relationship.
The schedule may be updated only prospectively, with prior written notice and acceptance where the law requires it. No change will reduce amounts already earned, apply retroactively, or disregard statutory minimums. The concrete current rate will be included in the final contract or an attachment.
Before imposing a sanction or deciding conduct-based termination, MimiMaids will state the facts and evidence, let the worker be heard and submit or challenge evidence, and issue a reasoned, proportionate decision under the applicable legal procedure.
The rules in this document do not turn an allegation into proof or create automatic grounds for dismissal. Colombian law, the final employment contract, and the applicable workplace rules prevail.

MimiMaids will preserve an unalterable copy of the signed text and its digital fingerprints. I may request a copy and exercise my personal-data rights through the contact email in the privacy notice.
I confirm that I had the opportunity to read the full document and ask questions before signing, and that I accept it freely. No clause waives, restricts, or replaces mandatory minimum employment rights.
