No. The discount applies while the plan is active and you can pause or cancel any time. There is no cancellation penalty for the plan itself; we do ask for 12 hours’ notice to move an individual visit.
We assign a consistent team and keep it as long as scheduling allows. If there is holiday, sick leave or a zone change we tell you before the visit so a new face is never a surprise.
It depends on how many people live there. One person in a studio is usually fine every two weeks. Two or more people, pets, or constant work-from-home does better weekly.
Yes. Reply to the confirmation message and we move or skip that visit. The plan stays active and picks up normally at the next date.

If an item covered by the checklist of the cleaning you booked was not completed correctly, contact us within 24 hours and we will arrange a correction under our service terms.
We correct the work — we come back and redo what was missed. We do not offer unlimited refunds, and we do not cover tasks that were not part of the service you booked.
