Pricing 2026
Published prices, and the same price for everyone
What you pay depends on how many hours you book and the type of clean — not on the neighbourhood, and not on who is asking.
Homes
Apartments and houses
By the hour, the way cleaning is bought in Medellín: 4, 6 or 8. You decide what the time goes on.
First clean: 4 hours for $99.000
For new customers: your first 4-hour standard clean, one time only.
| Standard clean | One-off | On a plan |
|---|---|---|
| 4 hoursUp to 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. | $129.000 | $119.000 |
| 6 hours4 bedrooms, or 3 or more bathrooms. | $169.000 | $155.000 |
| 8 hoursA full day, to add the oven, fridge or laundry without rushing. | $199.000 | $185.000 |
| Deep Reset and move in / out | Price |
|---|---|
| 1 person · 8 hoursUp to 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. | $299.000 |
| 2 people · 6 hours4 bedrooms, or 3 or more bathrooms. | $349.000 |
You pay for time, not rooms. Within your hours the team does what you ask — inside the fridge and oven, laundry in your machine, interior windows, balconies, pet hair — at no extra charge. If you need more time, each extra hour is $ 25.000. A studio or one-bedroom rarely needs a Deep Reset: 6 hours of standard cleaning usually gets it back to spotless.
Prices are in Colombian pesos (COP), which is what your card is charged. The currency selector at the top of the page shows an approximate conversion.
Airbnb
Guest-to-guest turnovers
Includes the full clean, a hotel-style bed reset with your linens, an amenity check and a photo report. Quoted to your units: the price depends on how many apartments you run, in which buildings, and how often they turn over.
Running several units? Host rate, −15%
From 8 cleans a month — across one unit or several — every turnover is on the host rate. No contract and no penalty: if you have a quiet month you simply go back to the list rate.

Offices are quoted individually
We don’t publish a table because it would be misleading. Price depends on square metres, bathrooms, workstations, whether there is a kitchen, and how often you need us. As a rough guide, visits usually start around $149.000.
