We need four things: approximate square metres, number of bathrooms, number of workstations, and whether there is a kitchen. With that and your preferred frequency we send a proposal with the checklist attached.
Yes, and most clients prefer it. We work early morning or late afternoon inside the 7:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m. service window. Overnight schedules depend on team and building availability.
Yes. We invoice monthly under your company tax details, one payment per period rather than per visit.
Yes. Coworkings, clinics, studios and showrooms all fit this model. What changes is the checklist — a clinic needs different disinfection protocols than a coworking.
