Office cleaning is not priced on square metres alone. It depends on how many people pass through, how many bathrooms there are, whether you have a kitchen, and how often you need us. We build the checklist with you, lock in a schedule and frequency, and invoice monthly.

We need four things: approximate square metres, number of bathrooms, number of workstations, and whether there is a kitchen. With that and your preferred frequency we send a proposal with the checklist attached.
Yes, and most clients prefer it. We work early morning, late afternoon or overnight — the service window runs 24 hours, every day. Small-hours shifts depend on team and building availability.
Yes. We invoice monthly under your company tax details, one payment per period rather than per visit.
Yes. Coworkings, clinics, studios and showrooms all fit this model. What changes is the checklist — a clinic needs different disinfection protocols than a coworking.

If an item covered by the checklist of the cleaning you booked was not completed correctly, contact us within 24 hours and we will arrange a correction under our service terms.
We correct the work — we come back and redo what was missed. We do not offer unlimited refunds, and we do not cover tasks that were not part of the service you booked.
