How the team gets into your building
In Medellín almost everything goes through a staffed reception. These are the three methods we use — you choose one when booking.
- 1Authorise through the building appYou register the visit under the MimiMaids name, using the team name we send you on WhatsApp the day before.
- 2Key at receptionYou leave a key under the MimiMaids name. The team collects it, cleans, and returns it to reception on the way out.
- 3Code or lockboxCommon for short-stay apartments. You give us the code once and it stays on your recurring booking.

Payment
Payment providers are still being connected. For now your booking is recorded as a request and we arrange payment on WhatsApp — nothing is charged on the site yet. Once live, you’ll be able to pay with Credit or debit card, PSE — bank debit, Nequi, Bancolombia, PayPal (international).
Rescheduling and cancelling
You can move or cancel a visit by replying to the confirmation message. We ask for at least 12 hours’ notice so we can reassign the team’s slot.

We fix it.
If an item covered by the checklist of the cleaning you booked was not completed correctly, contact us within 24 hours and we will arrange a correction under our service terms.
We correct the work — we come back and redo what was missed. We do not offer unlimited refunds, and we do not cover tasks that were not part of the service you booked.

Frequently asked questions
A standard clean starts at COP $119,000 for apartments up to 60 m² and rises by size band: $149,000 to 90 m², $179,000 to 130 m² and $219,000 to 160 m². The price is calculated before you book, so you see the exact total with add-ons included.
The team, the supplies, the equipment and the full checklist for the service you book. There is no travel charge inside our coverage areas and nothing gets added at the end.
No. You can leave a key at reception, authorise entry through the building app, or give us a code. We message you on WhatsApp when the team arrives and when they finish.
El Poblado, Provenza, Manila, Laureles and Envigado. If you are in a neighbouring area, send us the address on WhatsApp and we will confirm whether it fits that week’s route.
Online booking is open 24/7. Teams work between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., Monday to Saturday. Sundays and public holidays are by request, subject to availability.
It applies automatically to the base price: 5% monthly, 10% every two weeks and 15% weekly. It applies to the base service, not add-ons or Express, and you can pause the plan whenever you want.
If something on the checklist you booked was not done properly, message us within 24 hours and we will arrange the correction under our service terms. We do not promise unlimited refunds — we fix the work.
Card, PSE or Nequi when you confirm the booking. For international clients we enable PayPal. Offices on recurring service are invoiced monthly.
