Frequently asked questions
No. Most clients leave a key with the building reception or grant access through the building app. You tell us how the team gets in when you book, and we confirm on WhatsApp before arriving.
You choose: 4, 6 or 8 hours. Up to three bedrooms and two bathrooms is usually done in 4. With four bedrooms, or three or more bathrooms, we recommend 6. If you also want laundry, fridge or oven done without rushing, add hours.
A standard clean assumes surfaces are mostly clear. If there is a lot of accumulated clutter, days of dishes, or it has not been cleaned in months, book a Deep Reset the first time and keep it up with standard cleans after that.
