No. Most clients leave a key with the building reception or grant access through the building app. You tell us how the team gets in when you book, and we confirm on WhatsApp before arriving.
Yes. The team arrives with products and equipment included in the price. If you want us to use specific products — allergies, pets, delicate surfaces — leave them out and mention it in the booking notes.
Two to four hours depending on size and condition. A 55 m² studio is usually about two hours; a 120 m² apartment with three bathrooms can reach four.
A standard clean assumes surfaces are mostly clear. If there is a lot of accumulated clutter, days of dishes, or it has not been cleaned in months, book a Deep Reset the first time and keep it up with standard cleans after that.
