With an 11:00 a.m. checkout and a 3:00 p.m. check-in there is plenty of room. A turnover takes 1.5 to 3 hours depending on size. If your window is tighter, tell us — we can schedule urgent priority or an emergency turnover subject to availability.
We swap linens for clean sets you keep in the unit, and we can run a load in the apartment machine as an add-on. The most efficient setup for hosts with several units is three sets per bed in rotation.
We photograph it and send it the moment we find it, not at the end of the month. That lets you open an Airbnb claim inside the window, which usually closes at the next check-in.
Yes, and that is the ideal case. If you manage multiple apartments in Provenza or El Poblado we block the turnovers on the same day and one team covers the building. Ask us about the property-manager plan.
